What Our Students Say

Hear from past and present students about their experiences with and the benefits they gained from our courses.

I was drawn to BIYOME because I like the mix of east and west/Yogic philosophy and western science. My journey wasn’t what I planned or expected but it’s been a great personal achievement to complete the course. This teacher training has given me many tools for managing stress, something I am always working on, and it has encouraged me to take a more mindful approach to life. I feel it has enhanced my self-awareness and given me a deeper understanding of myself.
