350YATT Yoga & Ayurveda for Self-Realisation Teacher Training in India
A Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance Approved Training Course
Classical Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training Vedic Seer Tradition
Liberate yourself by joining us on a holy pilgrimage, discovering the time-honoured routes to self-realisation through the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, rooted in their birthplace, India. It has long been held that Yoga as a therapy can not be delivered without a deeper understanding of Ayurveda. The sacred sister sciences become one. The harmonious union of Yoga and Ayurveda provides a complete discipline capable of transforming existence at all levels, guiding us towards a profound understanding of ourselves and our universe.
Immerse yourself in India’s sacred odyssey, visiting ashrams and holy sites while engaging in BIYOME’s 350-hour Yoga and Ayurveda intensive teacher training program. This extensive course, delivered intensively in person in India and Australia and with fascinating online manuals, delves into classical Yoga and traditional Ayurveda, aligning body, mind, and consciousness with the authentic Vedic Seer tradition and modern science.
Yoga and Ayurveda, two ancient sciences, delve into self-realisation and self-healing. Intertwined as sister sciences, they collaborate for healing, integration, and holistic transformation across all facets of our being, encompassing body and mind. Traditional Ayurveda focuses on wellness and therapeutic aspects (Chikitsa), while Traditional Yoga is dedicated to self-development and Self-realisation (Sadhana). Traditional Yoga Teaching and Yoga Therapy is intricately linked with a nuanced understanding of Ayurveda, encompassing the three distinct constitutions (doshas), pulse reading, herbal medicine and dietary recommendations.
Dive into the profound wisdom of self-healing, elevate your consciousness, and embark on a transformative journey to share with others. The synergy between Yoga and Ayurveda forms the foundation for Vedic medicine and the perennially intertwined Vedic science of consciousness. This course seamlessly integrates external elements such as asanas and pranayama with internal practices such as mantra, meditation, and samadhi, offering teachings and daily practices relevant to every aspect of life. Gain the knowledge to provide private or shared Ayurvedic Lifestyle Medicine Appointments, Vedic Yoga Consultations, and Yogic & Ayurvedic Retreats. Explore a variety of Yogic methods, including physical postures, ethical disciplines, breath control, sensory techniques, affirmations, visualisations, mantras, and intricate meditation practices tailored for a range of medical conditions.
Experience a unique Ayurvedic Yoga approach tailored for self-realisation, delving into the sacred teachings of Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Karma Yoga (the Yogas of knowledge, devotion, and action) within the broader context of Raja Yoga, the Royal Path.
Guided by Celia Roberts, BSc, Senior Yoga Therapist, Meditation Teacher, and Ayurvedic Practitioner, this transformative journey promises authentic learning and personal growth in the sacred odyssey that is India.
