Senior Meditation Educator Programme: Merging Science & Spirituality

“You don’t need to practise mindfulness because you are it. You are that.”

~ Celia Roberts.

The training is delivered to assist you to realise the profound oneness behind science, all great religions and spirituality. In its essence, this is self-realisation.

Whilst undertaking the training, it would be wise to dedicate yourself to BEING, freeing yourself of addictive mental patterns with continual daily meditation practice in absolutely all that you do. Completing this Senior meditation teacher training will offer you profound spiritual growth and understanding, with the objective being to remove all obstacles and personal suffering, opening the flower of scientific and spiritual consciousness within you.

You may choose to do the course for personal liberation from Self and to hold a frequency of presence in your home, workplace or community. Others may choose to do the course to teach and train others. This 28-36 month meditation course is one of the highest registered meditation qualifications around the World. It combines science, philosophy, deep experiential practice, and a continual commitment to moment-to-moment, present-moment practice.

The course will assist you in opening the energetic body, awakening Shakti, Chi, Prana, and Spirit with your continued commitment and surrender into an intelligence far greater than the mind.

You will come to understand the depth of surrender and letting go. Furthermore, you will realise the value of acceptance, the skill of conscious manifestation and the comfort of unshakeable inner peace are all possible within you.

Course materials will assist you in understanding the science behind enlightenment and the neuroscience of the awakened brain. The heart will be awakened to genuine compassion, guided by compassion research and the wisdom of experiential practice.

Let science be your Guru.

Let your body and heart be your constant reminder to BE HERE NOW.
