Back To Work – Chair Yoga

We all know that too much sitting around at a desk can be detrimental to our health and even our life span.

So, on Monday we were looking at ways we can reduce the impact of an office workday with some funky chair yoga tricks to help:

  • Lower back
  • Mild sciatica
  • Head, neck and shoulders
  • RSI – repetitive strain injuries

All you need is a mat and a 4 legged chair!

On Friday, 5th of February, we are looking at “attention” in our Friday meditation retreat, researched to be a primary cause of happiness.

We will be exploring what you can do to improve your attentional blink!
