This meditation is recorded outdoors and is about getting as much all over sun as possible. It is practiced either outside or indoors with sunlight streaming through the window. It’s very important to maximise your exposure to the bright light of mid morning to increase serotonin. This mindfulness meditation that will increase your immunity and help the body heal faster, using the combination of UV light and mindfulness. It is beneficial in regulating digestive, reproductive and sleep cycles.
