Description
This meditation is about learning to positively change the brain’s neuro-structure to mitigate the changes of prolonged stress, PTSD or trauma on the brain.
We ask that if you feel triggered or unsafe whilst practicing mindfulness meditation for trauma, you either ground your awareness into the feet, move your hands, practice shaking meditation or practice walking meditation.
