This meditation helps you to create Sankalpa (sacred intention) and bhāvana (cultivation of feeling) that will assist you in creating positive and lasting change in the body in the New Year. It references biomedical science in relation to your intention within the body on all bodily systems and also uses gentle visualisations to cultivate citta -bhavana (the development or cultivation of the heart/mind) in daily life.
