— Cornelia

Discover the transformative potential of creativity, somatic practice, and embodied awareness in this immersive 4-day intensive at Claerwen Retreat in Apollo Bay.

Sensorimotor Art Therapy integrates guided drawing, somatic yoga, breathwork, and meditation to promote nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and trauma healing. This immersive training is led by Cornelia Elbrecht, a renowned expert in Sensorimotor Art Therapy, Trauma-Responsive Somatic Practice, and Creative Healing Techniques. Cornelia combines neuroscience, somatic embodiment, breathwork, and trauma-informed facilitation, equipping participants to confidently guide safe, transformative, and deeply impactful healing experiences.

Designed for therapists, counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, yoga teachers, allied health professionals, and breathworkers, this course equips you to expand your professional practice and confidently guide clients toward self-expression, regulation, and holistic wellbeing.
